Restaurant Registration 

The 8th Annual Wilmington Wine & Food Festival Grand Tasting will be held Saturday, May 2nd at the Bellamy Mansion benefitting Nourish NC, YMCA, Ocean Cure and Bellamy Museum. We would like to formally invite you to participate as one of our restaurant partners helping us to raise money for these local non-profits. If you would like to take part in the 2020 WWFF, please fill in your details below:

We are providing the following to participating restaurants and chefs.
  1. Prep table and serving table with linens
  2. Paper goods/utensils (serving plates, napkins, etc.) - Please indicate what you will need
  3. Ice (if necessary)
  4. Advertising and promotion through our print, web, and social media campaigns
  5. Two sponsor tickets to the Saturday & Sunday’s events
What we are asking from restaurant/ chef participants:
  1. A two to three bite portion of prepared food for 450 people 
  2. Any staff you will need to prep and plate the food for the entirety of the event.
  3. Set up the day of by 11:30 am. The health department will start inspections promptly at 11:30. The event runs 1pm-5pm. The parking lot will be for drop-off only. You can begin set-up as early as 10am.
